custom appointment faqs

How do custom orders work?

Once you book a custom appointment, we’ll meet virtually to discuss your project details. After everything is confirmed during the call—design, pricing, and timeline—you’ll send your own item(s) to our studio for embroidery. When your order is complete, it will be mailed back to you.

How many items can I send?

During booking, please let me know how many pieces you plan to send. I accept one-off items and small batches. Larger quantities may require additional time or a different process. please email us if your order is over 20 items.

What materials can you embroider on?

we work best with medium-weight fabrics such as cotton, canvas, fleece, terry, linen, and most basic apparel. if your item is Delicate, ultra-stretchy, or heavily textured materials please let us know. If you're unsure, just ask during your appointment.

Where can I buy items for embroidery?

You’re welcome to send any of your beloved blank items. places popular with our customers include: my Amazon storefront, Target, HomeGoods, Uniqlo, and similar retailers. I do not currently provide blanks just yet!

What’s the turnaround time?

Turnaround is typically 2–3 weeks from when your items arrive at the studio. We are accepting Christmas orders and will do our best to accommodate your timeline, but projects that require digitizing may not be guaranteed in time, depending on the complexity of the design. We’ll review your timeline and confirm what’s possible during your virtual appointment.

Can you embroider my personal artwork or logo?

Yes! If you provide your own artwork, a digitizing fee will be applied so your design can be converted for embroidery. Please come prepared with your artwork files.
I can also create a design based on reference images you share, but any additional design work beyond simple adjustments will incur a creative fee.

What style of embroidery do you offer?

My work leans toward clean, minimal, and simple lines. Highly detailed or intricate are not a great fit for our embroidery style.

Do you accept drop-offs?

All items must be shipped to the studio. Limited local drop-offs may be available for returning clients or customers nearby—availability can be confirmed during appointment.

What if I have a tight deadline?

I’ll do my best to accommodate! Bring up your timeline when booking your appointment, and I’ll let you know what’s possible during your appointment.
