We prefer you bring your own item, but we also offer tote bags, t-shirts, and blank sweatshirts for customization. Contact us in advance for a full list of available items.

What items can I bring for personalization?
We can embroider on most materials. For silk, thicker fabrics, socks, or items with pockets, please email us beforehand to confirm.

What should I expect at my custom appointment?
At your appointment, we’ll discuss your design ideas, choose from our fonts, images, and color options, and finalize the details. We’ll then confirm pricing and timeline with you.

How much should I expect my custom item to be?
Pricing depends on the size, complexity, and number of designs. We’ll provide an accurate quote during your appointment.

How much time will it take?
Appointments are 15 minutes. You can expect a 1-2 week turnaround, with longer times for multiple items. Please let us know in advance if you have a large order.

What if I have my own logo?
No problem! Just send your logo in JPEG or PNG format when booking. Please note, there’s a $30 digitizing fee in addition to the embroidery cost, which covers converting the logo into embroidery thread.

What if I want custom sweatshirts for my business? Should I still make an appointment?
Yes, please make an appt! Be sure to email us in advance so we can prepare for the number of items you plan to bring.
